Fun Facts
Farrokhroo Parsa came from an intellectual family; her mother Fakhr Afagh Parsa was a women's rights activist. She was a physician and taught at the medical faculty. Parsa was also the first female member of Iran's National Consultative Assembly. After the revolution, she was executed on May 8, 1980.
