This law was approved on Reza Shah's birthday (24 Esfand 1312). Tehran University was formed by merging five colleges: Medicine, Law, Engineering, Literature, and Science. Aligholi Khan Ansari was the first chancellor. Today, Tehran University is Iran's largest and most prestigious university.

Construction of Persepolis
Darius I ordered construction of "Parsa" (Persepolis) on the slopes of Mount Rahmat. Built on a 125,000 m² stone terrace, it served as the ceremonial capital for Nowruz and Mehregan celebrations. Construction spanned 150 years across multiple kings.
